How to switch workspaces quickly in Linux Mint

Linux Mint OS as well as most other Linux, support your workspace, giving you more space to work. So how to switch workspaces quickly in Linux Mint? In this article, I will guide you to use the workspace in Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon 64 bit.

Create a workspace in Linux Mint

To create a new workspace, press Ctrl + Alt + Page Up (PgUp) / Page Down (PgDn). Your window will be minimized, you will see a plus button on the right side of the screen. Click the plus button to create a new workspace. You can create as many workspaces as you want.

To delete a workspace, you do the same thing as when created, but instead of clicking the plus button, you press the x button in the upper right corner of the workspace you want to delete.

Now, when you have multiple workspaces to work on. You press the key combination Ctrl + Alt + Left / Right Arrow to switch between workspaces quickly.

This is really simple. Just remember the Ctrl + Alt + arrow keys to use the workspace in Linux Mint. Workspace in Linux is really useful, you should try this feature. It can help you increase your productivity greatly.
