How to export a list of accounts by domain in Zimbra

How to export a list of accounts by domain in Zimbra? In some cases, for control purposes, you need to export the account list. For example, maybe every 2-3 months, your boss may ask you to export a list of accounts of employees who have retired.

Or simply, you need to create a group mail including all company employees, so you need to export the account list before creating the group. How will we do it?

My Zimbra environment

I’m using Zimbra version 8.8.12 community.

My system is running single server.

I am running many different mail domains in my Zimbra system.

Export a list of accounts by domain in Zimbra

To do this, login to the Zimbra admin account on the web mail.

Next, go to Manage -> Accounts.

move to menu Manage - Accounts in Zimbra admin
Move to menu Manage -> Accounts in Zimbra admin.

In the search box above, you type the mail domain to export the account list.

After the account list appears, click the Settings button in the right corner and click Download.

At this point, you will download a CSV file. With this CSV file, you can open it with MS Office (Excel) or LibreOffice (Calc).
