Hello. It looks like you are using Linux Mint 22, which is based on Ubuntu 24.04 Noble. Currently the noobslab PPA only supports up to Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic, which is equivalent to Linux Mint 19. You can try downgrading the OS version or find another solution.
