In reply to idkline. Hello. It looks like you are using Linux Mint 22, which is based on Ubuntu 24.04 Noble. Currently the noobslab PPA only supports up to Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic, which is equivalent to Linux Mint 19. You can try downgrading the OS version or find another solution.

In reply to Deepak Panchal. Yup Deepak. From the security point then this solution will not be passed. But this issue looks like come from the Vagrant and they still don't resolve it so we have find a way to make it works.

Thank you for providing this workaround. So essentially the root cause of the issue is not resolved, but we are basically circumventing the certificate checks and simply forcing vagrant to continue and download. From a corporate security point of view this maybe not proper and maybe against some company policies (by passing security) but nevertheless, if you want to get things done, then this is the way to go.
